I am attorney Gerald Smith. I opened the Law Offices of Gerald R. Smith in 2005 after working more than seventeen years in a variety of legal areas after earning my law degree in 1989. I attended law school in a "mid-life career change" following several years of providing counseling, therapy, and other services primarily to children and their families. I am dedicated to providing the best representation to those who need it most and too often get it least.
